Most zoos in Asia are best avoided if you do not want to see malnourished animals pacing sadly around miniscule, urine-soaked cages. In contrast, Singapore Zoo is more of a 5-star resort where the animals genuinely seem happier, healthier, and well-cared for. If you are in Singapore for a few days then a trip to the zoo is highly recommended and is definitely worth the entrance fee. I only managed to visit the zoo in the day but have every intention of going back to check out the Night Safari!

They were certainly very well looked after, I’m not usually a big fan of zoos either but the animals here were beautiful!
