Christmas is over, the New Year’s resolutions have already been broken, and the beautifully glistening snow had turned to brown mulch – January has well and truly set in but things are not all bad. We are now embarking on a shorter school term, the solstice has passed so the evenings will begin to get lighter and it’s a new year so all sorts of possibilities await. I have many things to look forward to this year, starting with my birthday in a matter of weeks time and a visit from my parents.
Still, it’s hard to focus on these things during the long, cold month of January; especially when Christmas and a broken laptop have made a significant dent to your finances, so I plan to cheer myself up by sorting through my photographs and making some movies. I shall post them on here so if you’re feeling a bit under-the-weather keep check them out!!
